HEY PACKER BACKERS, it’s that time of year again! That’s right, it’s time for our annual Green Bay Packer fan event right here in Chicago! Packerpalooza 2018 will be held on Saturday, April 28th and WE’RE GOING BIG AGAIN, with a great mix of guests! We’ve got a couple of current stars in wide receiver Davante Adams (#17), free safety HaHa Clinton-Dix (#21), linebacker and former Wisconsin Badger Vince Biegel (#45) and we are also proud to welcome Packer legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Dave Robinson (#89)!

Admission for Packerpalooza 2018 is $60 and includes: the autograph session with the players (NO additional cost to have items signed), photo opportunities with the players and our professional photographers (also includes the photos that our photographers take), our famous and FREE “Halftime raffle” (featuring great autographed Packers and Will’s gear), a souvenir lanyard & postcard-style ticket, live music from Wisconsin legend Pat McCurdy plus DJ Northwoods, meet & greet/photo opps with the Packer Super Fans, big fun, and did I mention the shenanigans?

Schedule of Events is subject to change, but is currently as follows:

9:30am – Doors Open / Brunch Menu Available – We have an amazing brunch menu, so come early, get a seat and start the day off right.

Noon – Gameday Grill Opens – The festivities officially begin at noon, and our tailgate-style game day grill opens

Noon – 3:30pm – “Wisconsin Legend” Pat McCurdy. Wisconsin legend and Milwaukee’s favorite son Pat McCurdy is a singer-songwriter with an unusual off-beat sense of humor. A favorite of the college crowd, this national performer is known for his comedic lyrics and hilarious observations on life, love, and the wonders of sex and beer.

Noon – 2:30pm – Fan signing with HOF Dave Robinson. Green Bay Packers legend and Pro Football Hall of Fame linebacker Dave Robinson (#89) will conduct an autograph signing from 12pm-2:30pm in the Lombardi Room (upstairs). Dave is a 2X Super Bowl Champion, 3X NFL Champion, 3X Pro Bowler, and Pro Bowl MVP. See message below regarding special merchandise.

2:00pm – 5:00pm – Fan signing with Davante Adams, HaHa Clinton-Dix and Vince Biegel. Current Green Bay Packer wide receiver Davante Adams (#17), free safety HaHa Clinton-Dix (#21) and former Wisconsin Badger standout linebacker Vince Biegel (#45) will conduct an autograph signing from 2pm-5pm in our festival tent. We are so proud and honored to welcome Davante Adams, Pro Bowl and All-Pro wide receiver and recipient of the Paul Warfield Award, given to the Nation’s top collegiate receiver, and HaHa Clinton-Dix, Pro Bowl and All-Pro free safety, 2X National Champion and Consensus All-American. 5:30pm – 6:00pm – Free “Halftime Raffle”. At 5:30pm we will have our FREE “Halftime Raffle” which is a favorite game-day tradition at every Packers and Badgers football game at Will’s Northwoods Inn! We’ll have plenty of Packers and Will’s swag and the raffle tickets are FREE (included with your paid admission).

WHAT MAKES PACKERPALOOZA DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PLAYER SIGNING EVENTS?

Packerpalooza was created by Will’s Northwoods Inn as an extremely FAN-FOCUSED yearly gathering of the most dedicated Packer fans alive, purely for their enjoyment and to continue our commitment to our customers as one of the many great Packer bars in America (right here in the hometown of our oldest rival). Will’s does not take any portion of the admission fee as profit, 100% of the ticket price goes directly toward the cost of having these quality players, including appearance fees, flights, accommodations, etc. We also limit the amount of tickets sold to ensure a fun event for attendees. We want you to enjoy your time with the players and we do not intend to rush fans through the line. HOWEVER, the players will only be available for a designated amount of time, so enjoy yourself, but PLEASE be ultra-efficient with your time and please be mindful that there are other fans who also want to meet the players. With that said, please have your items ready to go. Give your items to the player FIRST so they can start signing them right away. Transfer your items to the next player swiftly.

Also, as a convenience to the fans, we have hired several photographers to stand across from the players and take a multitude of professional, high resolution pictures of all fans as they are meeting the players. We will post these photos on our Facebook page within a few days of the event. These photos will be available to all fans FREE OF CHARGE! You can still take your own pictures, but this way you can spend your time interacting with the players instead of struggling with your camera trying to capture the perfect shot!

If you would like to bring an item or two with you to be signed, no worries, that’s fine and it’s INCLUDED with your paid admission. Also, don’t worry if you can’t bring something with you. We will have photos of the players and a limited supply of Riddell mini-helmets and Packers signature footballs for purchase at or below the typical price you would normally pay at a place such as Dick’s Sporting Goods! We are not looking to make money selling these items, we just want our attendees to have a viable option for signature-appropriate items that they will cherish forever. WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets for Packerpalooza 2018… We highly recommend pre-ordering tickets online to Packerpalooza 2018 as there is a limited amount of tickets available and demand will be very high. We limit the amount of tickets sold to ensure a fun event for attendees. Also, the first 75 tickets purchased online will receive a download code for the official Cheesehead TV draft guide, which is an absolutely incredible resource (over 150 pages) that takes an in-depth look at the NFL Draft completely from a Packer fan’s perspective! Packerpalooza 2018 tickets are available ONLINE through Yapsody.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR TEENAGER?

Absolutely! As you can see in the photos from last year’s event on Facebook, kids are welcome and encouraged (you may even see a baby or two wearing their favorite Packers gear). Children 13 and under are FREE.

CAN I BRING MY NON-PACKER FAN FRIEND(S) TO JUST SIT AT THE BAR AND DRINK?

Unfortunately, Will’s is closed to the public during Packerpalooza. Space is limited and completely dedicated to the event. All attendees must have a paid ticket to the event, no exceptions. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT PLAYERS ARE COMING THIS YEAR?

Will’s is proud to welcome Green Bay Packers Free Safety HaHa Clinton-Dix (#21), Green Bay Packers Wide Receiver Davante Adams (#17), and former Wisconsin Badger standout linebacker Vince Biegel (#45). Also joining us will be Green Bay Packers Legend and Hall of Fame Linebacker Dave Robinson (#89). This is the official lineup for Packerpalooza 2018.

WHAT ARE YOUR DRINK SPECIALS?

Our “Game Day Beer Special” features 32 oz Souvenir cups of Miller Lite, Leinenkugel Original, or Coors Light. The cups are only $2 and you get $7 refills. If you have a cup from any past Will’s event, BRING IT, and get the refill price all day! In addition to the Game Day Beer Special, we will also have Hamm’s Cans for $3, PBR bottles for $3, and Schlitz Tall Boy Cans for $4!

While you’re here, try our special tribute to Spotted Cow with a pint of our collaboration cream ale beer with Two Brothers Brewery called “Don’t Touch the Moose!” It’s delicious!

WHAT ARE YOUR FOOD SPECIALS?

Our “Game Day Tailgate Grill” will be open and features tailgate style selections such as Cheeseburgers, Beer Brats, Jumbo Hot Dogs, Chicken Wings, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Fried Cheese Curds, and lots more deep-fried goodness!

WHERE’S JERRY KRAMER? WE THOUGHT HE WAS COMING BACK THIS YEAR!

A Special note about Jerry Kramer… First, we would like to congratulate our cherished friend, Jerry Kramer on his inclusion in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This honor is well deserved and long overdue and we are so very happy for Jerry and his family. A group of us are already making plans to be in Canton this August to attend Jerry’s induction! Meeting Jerry and having him appear at Packerpalooza 2017 was such an honor and a treat for us here at Will’s, and we were very excited and looking forward to having him join us again this year. Once Jerry was officially announced as a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame he was presented with an opportunity to enter an exclusive relationship with MAB Celebrity Services, a leader in memorabilia resources. With this new partnership and the obligations that come along with it, Jerry will not be able to attend Packerpalooza this year, but we will make every attempt to have him back in the very near future. We are very proud to announce that our “Packer Legend” appearing this year at Packerpalooza 2018 will be Hall of Fame linebacker Dave Robinson!

NOTE: Jerry will be appearing at the MAB Road Show event the weekend of March 16-18 in Rosemont, IL at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Special Merchandise… Often times at events that feature current or former athletes, players will bring with them a very special selection of memorabilia available for purchase. The proceeds of every item these players sell goes directly to the player to help pay for his personal expenses, charitable endeavors, and things of that nature. Pricing on these special items is set solely at the player’s discretion, but there will be no additional charge for having these items autographed. Autographs are included and covered by the admission fee to the event.

Other Little Tidbits… The Green Bay Packers Super Fans, who we all love, enjoy and have seen on TV many times before will also be here in full force, including “The Owner”, “The Ultimate Packer Fan”, “Mean Gene”, and others. They will be hanging out and talking with fans and be available for unlimited photo opportunities.
