HEY PACKER BACKERS, the #1 Packers fan event returns after a four-year hiatus – that’s right, it’s time for our Green Bay Packer fan event right here in Chicago!
Packerpalooza 2024 will be held on Sunday, April 28th.
Signed and scheduled to appear this year are Rashan Gary (DE, #52) and Romeo Doubs (WR, #87) and we can’t wait to welcome them to this wonderful city.
Admission for Packerpalooza 2024 is $80 and includes, per ticket:
· A quick meet and greet with two fabulous Green Bay Packers
· One autograph from each player (that’s two total autographs per ticket, one from each player)
· A photo opportunity, taken by our photographer.
· Beverages and Packer paraphernalia available for purchase in line and food and beverages available for purchase once you make it through the line.
· Packerpalooza event postcard
SCHEDULE: (subject to change)
10:00am : Doors Open to the bar (non-event related) – We have an amazing menu, so come early, get a seat and grab a Will’s homemade Bloody Mary to start the day off right.
11:00am: Opening Packerpalooza event line and access to pick-up any pre-sale merch ordered. Will have merch available to purchase the day of (in limited quantity)
12:00pm – 2:30pm: Fan signing with Rashan & Romeo in our heated patio tent.
Charity Raffle:
We will have Raffle tickets available for purchase at the event with various prizes to be announced at the event. Winners do not need to be present to win. All proceeds will be donated to Parkinson’s research in memory of our owner, Jonathan Bunge.FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions):
WHAT MAKES PACKERPALOOZA DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PLAYER SIGNING EVENTS?
Packerpalooza is a Will’s Northwoods Inn-created Packer FAN EVENT, meant to continue our reputation as one of the premier Packer bars in America, right here in the hometown of our oldest rival. The players will be available for a designated amount of time only, so enjoy yourself, but PLEASE be ultra-efficient with your time and please be mindful that there are other fans who also want to meet the players. If your side-hustle or hobby is selling autographs online, please stay home.
Our Will’s team is committed to making this an incredible event. Get here early, get your spot in line, and we will ensure maximum enjoyment!
IT USED TO BE A DIFFERENT PRICE, WHY IS THE TICKET PRICE $80?
100% of the ticket price (and then some) goes directly toward the cost of having these quality players attend. Quality is expensive – we all know this.
WHAT CAN (AND CAN’T) I HAVE THE PLAYERS SIGN?
Any of the items for sale as an add-on with your ticket (Riddell Mini-Helmets, Riddell Full-Size Replica Helmets, Gary or Doubs replica jerseys, Gary or Doubs 11×14 photographs). You can also bring your own items whether that’s your favorite picture, a mini-helmet that you ordered, a Packers hat, a playing card, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: The only restriction is that players will not sign “game-used” items, any cleats or licensed jerseys. Players are permitted to sign “replica” jerseys that have their Name & Number, no NFL or licensed logo. NO EXCEPTIONS per the players requests.
Don’t worry if you can’t bring something with you to sign. We will have 11×14 photos of the players, as well as a limited supply of Riddell mini-helmets for purchase. These can be purchased at a discount during pre-sale when purchasing your ticket to attend. We want our attendees to have a viable option for signature-appropriate items that they will cherish forever.
PHOTOGRAPHS / PICTURE TAKING?
As a convenience to the fans, and to help save time, we have hired professional photographers (one for each player) who are positioned directly in front of the player they are assigned to, and will take a multitude of high-resolution pictures of ALL fans as they are meeting the players. We will post these photos online after the event. These photos will be available to all fans free of charge. That said, we hope you are able to enjoy your player interaction instead of worrying about that perfect pic.
WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
There are a limited amount of tickets available and this event has sold out the past 3 years. Packerpalooza 2024 tickets are available ONLINE only through Yapsody.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR TEENAGER?
Absolutely! As you can see in the photos from previous years, all ages are welcome to attend the event but those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Everyone entering the event must have a paid ticket; i.e., if a family of four wishes to participate and all expect signatures and the meet-n-greet experience, all four must have a ticket in hand, regardless of age.
CAN I BRING MY NON-PACKER FAN FRIEND(S) TO JUST SIT AT THE BAR AND DRINK?
The main bar at Will’s will be open for non-event attendees to eat & drink. Space will be limited and the rest of the bar will be completely dedicated to the event. All attendees for Packerpalooza must have a paid ticket to the event, NO EXCEPTIONS! We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
