HEY PACKER BACKERS, It’s that time of year once again! That’s right, it’s time for our annual Green Bay Packers fan event right here in Chicago! Packerpalooza 2015 will be held on Saturday, May 2, at 2:00pm, and once again WE’RE GOING BIG!!!
Packers players scheduled to appear this year include: free safety and return specialist, #33 – Micah Hyde, defensive end, #76 – Mike Daniels, offensive tackle, #69 – David Bakhtiara, and quarter back, #16 – Scott Tolzien! Don’t forget the NFL Draft is being held right here in Chicago the same weekend and I’ve heard a lot of buzz that other players may drop by for our event.
The Green Bay Packers Super Fans, who we all know and love and have seen on TV many times before will be here in full force, hanging out and talking with fans, and our special musical guest once again this year is the incomparable Wisconsin legend Pat McCurdy!
Also very likely to join us is our very good friend, Pro Bowler, All Pro Center, Super Bowl Champion and Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer (as well as a veteran of EVERY Packerpalooza that we’ve ever had), FRANK WINTERS!
Most importantly, Packerpalooza is an extremely FAN-FOCUSED (and family friendly) event, and we do things a little bit differently here. If you would like to pose for a couple of pictures with the players, please do so, it’s FREE! If you would like to bring a few items with you to be signed, no worries, that’s FREE also. But don’t worry if you didn’t bring something with you. We will have photos of the players and a limited supply of mini-helmets and footballs at or below the price you would pay at Dick’s Sporting Goods!
Plus, we have provided accommodations for the players here in Chicago for both Friday and Saturday night, so they will be here and available for an extended amount of time! This gives the fans an opportunity to spend extra time with the players!
Our “Game Day” beer special will be in effect, which is a 32oz Miller Lite, Leinenkugel Original, or Coors Light draft for $8, with refills for just $6 (so save your cup).
Our “Game Day” grill will be open, serving cheeseburgers, Johnsonville beer-brats, and jumbo hot dogs, all for just $3 each. We will also have our delicious fried cheese curds, fried pickle spears, mini corn dogs, onion rings and more!
Enjoy our FREE “Half-Time” raffle, plenty of giveaways, the world’s largest cheesehead (which was made specifically for Will’s Northwoods Inn by Ralph Bruno himself), and classic Packer games being shown on several of our TVs!
